	Word processing We type from handwritten manuscript and reproduce documents which cannot be easily read by OCR software. We convert diverse inputs into a standard format as per your template. The client sends either a hard copy by fax, courier or post, or scanned images by e-mail or on CD. We return Microsoft Word files by e-mail.

Business & Legal transcription We transcribe from voice files which could be in any of these formats: wav, mp3, dct (encrypted dictation), ra and rm (RealAudio), sri (VoiceIt), dss (Olympus, Lanier and Grundig), au, aif, vox, mp2, compressed wav (including PCM, uLaw, ALaw, ADPCM, CELP, SBC, Windows Media, DSP TrueSpeech, GSM 6.10, Philips Digital Recorder format and Sanyo Digital Recorder format. We transcribe in Microsoft Word and send it to you by e-mail.
